Jason came to the Shots as a fill in during the 2007 season and became a regular right away. He had a history of tennis and soccer coming from Michigan. 2010 was hampered with some shoulder and leg injuries but he still never missed a game from the injuries. One highlight for him was a game during the final league season when the game was tied going into extra innings. The team had just made a major stop and Jason lead off the inning. Now early in the game Josh Macklin had put a ball into the parking lot for the only allowed home run. Big Jason stood at the plate and knocked the ball out of the park, inning over. Luckily the team held again and came back to win the game the next inning.

 

Jason played the second day of the 2011 RM State Games and was pivotal thanks to his fresh legs in the Shots taking third place.
